Limited Warranty Policy
Shining warrants every Shining product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period that applies to the particular Shining product you have purchased. To find the length of the warranty and other specific warranty details, including the scope of Shining' warranty and limitations on Shining's' liability to you, please refer to the "Warranty Information" section of your product's User Guide.
We will gladly accept returns or make exchanges on all CitiDISK DV unit purchased from Shining's "eStore".
You may return the unit if such product is proven to be defective within 30 days of product sold. You must return the original box intact with all components (unit including hard disk, battery, core logic, etc.). All components must be in like-new condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and will only be granted to the actual purchaser whose name appears on the receipt.
At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damaged or require service. If you return and we accept your equipment within this period, we will refund your equipment purchase price minus all applicable fees( credit card processing fee ), taxes or other charges that accrued to the sales. All credit card transactions will be refunded by check. Checks take a minimum of three to six days for processing; and, the check will be mailed to the credit card holder billing address by post mail.
If you purchased your equipment through our on-line store, please call the Customer Service number that appears on your Order Confirmation to obtain a RMA number and write it on the top of box.
